Now that the Watchmen legal battle has been resolved, I have gone back to just longing desperately to see this movie. It really appears that Zack Snyder has done the unthinkable and made a Watchmen adaptation which is not entirely, 100% faithful to the original graphic novel (no interdimensional squid,) but has captured the look and feel of the incredibly complex world that Alan Moore created in a way that I just didn't think was possible. Like this new viral 70s news piece? Come on. This is amazing.
